Impossibility for the client to claim amounts not mentioned in the general and definitive account
Impossibility for the client to claim sums not mentioned in the general and definitive account.
Rule to remember:
After the transmission of the general and definitive account of the contract which he has signed, the contracting authority may no longer claim from the firm the sums he has not mentioned in this statement, notwithstanding the previous commitment of legal proceedings or the existence of a dispute by the holder of a part of the sums entered in the general statement. It can not be otherwise, in the latter case, unless there is a link between the amounts claimed by the client and those for which the owner has entered reservations.
